At Industrial Gearbox Solutions, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, with all factory packaging, manuals, and documentation included.
- Custom-built, modified, or special-order items are non-returnable.
- Electrical components that have been installed or energized are not eligible for return.
2. Return Authorization
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- To request an RMA, please contact our customer support team at support@industrialgearboxsolutions.com or call 1-877-465-9108.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Restocking Fees
- A 15–25% restocking fee may apply to returned items, depending on the manufacturer’s policies.
- Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of installation/use may incur additional charges or be rejected.
4. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Exchanges may be offered if the correct replacement product is available.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Any damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 business days of receipt for replacement or refund.
